To get your DSpace items and bitstreams indexed in Google Scholar, you need to follow two basic principles.
With this tool you can check if your repository already adheres to these principles.
This tool has been used to analyse 2769 repositories, containing a total of 40,022,337 items.

Basic principles

On a site wide level it is important that Google Scholar can find your items and that there are no specific robots.txt rules blocking the indexing.

For each individual DSpace item, metadata and bitstream links should be properly exposed through specific metadata tags in the head section of the page.
